You are welcome to use the guest kitchen to prepare your own meals or go to one of the lovely cafes & restaurants nearby from my house. (5 to 10 min. drive with the car).

I advise you to rent your own car, because my house is situated in the beautiful countryside in the north of the island where there is no bus connection. In this way you are independent, and you can explore the island in your free time. Though it is possible to walk to San Miguel, the nearest village, in 30 min. and to walk down to Benirràs Beach in 75 min. and then take a taxi back if you like.
I am happy to advise you which places on the island are special to see or recommend you tasty restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Schedule:
The 3 yoga session will take place in the morning before the breakfast. Then you will have free time to do whatever you feel like. The movement sessions will be given in the later afternoon. The body and Gestalt therapy sessions will also be held in the afternoon. But if you would prefer another timetable, we can make the schedule for your retreat together, so it is all tailored to your wishes.
If you would like to book an extra Healing Massage or Cranio Sacral therapy -or an additional Gestalt Therapy session it is also possible.
