Take a break in nature and experience silence and relaxation. Treat yourself to a few days of yoga classes, body-treatments and an excursion to one of the beautiful places on the island. A wellness week includes:

Wellness Week Place
The individual Wellness Week takes place in a beautiful 400 year old Ibizencan country house whith a dance studio, an outdoor workspace, a mediterranean garden and a swimmingpool, situated in the country on the northside of the island near San Miguel. The house provides single and double rooms for guests up to 10 people. Just a few kilometers from the venue (10 min. by car), you will find one of the most lovely beaches of Ibiza.
Sandra Morrel
Sandra Morrel has been a dancer and movement facilitator for over 30 years. Her highest aspiration is to offer ways to tap into the infinite source of creativity, by guiding people with sensitivity, clarity and love into a deeper state of awareness – a place beyond the known where one simply listens to the body’s wisdom and lets the dance unfold from within. For decades now, Sandra has studied and taught in the fields of movement research, conscious dance, yoga, physical awareness, therapy and the arts.
