The retreat includes:


Three beautiful walks taking you on pathways along the coast with stunning views, through pine forests and lush green fields leading to some power places where one can connect with moments of silence and meditation and the healing power of mother earth.


Three yoga classes including breath awareness exercises and meditation in order to tune your body, enhancing your alignment and inner connection and making your body stronger and more flexible. 


One relaxing whole body massage for regeneration and letting go of stress and anxiety restoring the body’s natural balance and flow of energy.


One Life Coaching or Gestalt therapy session giving you the opportunity to receive support and guidance in order to manifest your heart’s vision. For questions like who am I now, where do I stand, what holds me back, how can I find deeper fulfilment and happiness, an answer can be found from a deeper place. 



Spring in Ibiza is one of the most beautiful times of the year and perfect for hiking. The sweet perfume of thousands of flowers fills the air, turquoise blue skies lift your spirit and warm sunrays caress your skin and fill your heart with joy.

For the one’s who love to go the beach, even swimming in the sea is already possible.
